I don't mind whether the title is in English or in Russian, so am happy to merge and release what you've done. I'm interested to know what most mods do, do they also translate the title, or do they leave it untranslated?

i prefer to play in english, but i tested my modpack with about 100 mods, and most of them seem to keep the title as is, and some that do translate, i couldnt figure out what this particular mod is because the translation is a little strange and u cant just compare it to filename or something. btw its also possible to translate description in modmenu which isnt being covered by ur language files at a current moment. i can make separate pr to add support for this to all langs (untranslated), or add commit here to russian language file
